1)1)There is no limit on how many abstracts can be submitted by a single author.
2)2)Abstracts must be submitted electronically through theonline abstract submission platform.
3)3)The presenting author must ensure that all authors have given their consent to be listed as co-author on the submitted abstract.
Authorship and author order should be agreed by all authors.4)4)Authors must declare that the material in the presentation is original and that it will not be published or presented elsewhere before tthe APSR 2022 Seoul Congress.
5)5)Authors are required to complete a Declaration of Conflict of Interest. Abstracts supported in whole or in part by tobacco or tobacco-related industry will not be accepted.
6)6)Presenting authors must specify their own sponsoring entity in addition to that of all co-authors.

10)10)Splitting of a body of work into multiple abstracts is discouraged and consolidation into one abstract is preferred.
11)11)Submission and presentation of abstracts are subject to the principle of no duplication or plagiarism in publications. Breaching of such rules will lead to rejection of submission or presentation at the Congress without refund of registration fee. All decisions are final with the Central and Local Congress Committee.
12)12)If identical abstracts are found to be submitted, only the abstract on the latest date of the submission will be considered for evaluation.
13)13)Authors are responsible for the accuracy of all contents of the abstract.
14)14)By submitting your abstract, you confirm that the presented study meets the ethical guidelines for research and publication, including the legal requirements of the study country.

The presenting author is responsible for informing all co-authors about the status of their submitted abstract.
2)2)The following may result in losing eligibility for presenting at the Congress.
No reply to the acceptance letterNo registration of a presenting author for the Congress before their “cutoff” date (The cutoff date will be informed in the acceptance letter)
1)1)Only abstractspresentedduring the Congress will be published in a supplement of Respirology, known as the Abstract Supplement.
2)2)For abstracts that are accepted for presentation, the contents including names of authors, will be published as they appear in the submitted abstract, in the Abstract Supplement.
3)3)The copyright of individual abstracts in the Abstract Supplement remains with the author.
4)4)Authors of accepted abstracts are expected to comply with the Ethical Considerations outlined in Respirology’s Author Guidelines
(https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/page/journal/14401843/homepage/ForAuthors.html#Policy).5)5)Authors must agree that their abstracts may be published on the Congress website or elsewhere, either prior to or during the Congress, as well as in a supplement of Respirology that may be distributed in print and electronically.

Presenting authors are required to include/decorate theAPSR Disclosure Slidewhen presenting the abstract. The Disclosure Slide will be provided to presenting authors of accepted abstracts after result notification.
In response to the current travel restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the abstract presentation (oral/poster) session of APSR 2022 might be conducted not only on site but also online. Further information on how to present the abstract will be provided directly to the presenting author and will also be posted on this website accordingly.
