The virtual only registration does not give access to the activities being held in Vienna, Austria (entrance to the Congress centre, Meeting Hub, Exhibition, Pocket program, lunches and so on). In order to access the full Hybrid experience, convert to theEHA2022 Hybrid registration fee.

Payment by credit card

The online registration platform is a secured site. VISA, Eurocard/MasterCard and American Express are the only credit cards accepted. Upon completion of the online registration process, you will receive a paid invoice (receipt) by email.

Payment by bank transfer

Upon completion of the online registration process, you will receive an unpaid invoice for your registration fees by email. This invoice includes all payment instructions as well as your registration number to mention as reference of the payment. Upon receipt of your payment, your registration will be confirmed to you by email. Please note that payment by bank transfer and Purchase order is only accepted until April 30, 2022. After this date, only credit card payments will be accepted.

If name changes are requested to the Registration Department, these will be processed free of chargeuntil April 30, 2022 (23:59 CEST). For any name changes requested after this date, a name change fee of € 30 will be imposed. The previously booked registration items will be automatically taken over to the replacing person's registration.

For groups registrations, group leaders can process name changes directly on the group registration portal where they enter the details of their participants. The deadline for submitting all details and processing changes is May 19, 2022 (23:59 CEST). After this deadline, name changes must be requested to the Registration Department and each name change is then subject to the name change fee of € 30.

For all conversions and cancellations, the registration department must be notified in writing by sending an e-mail to EHAregistration@mci-group.com. The following conversion and cancellation conditions apply:

Conversion of registration

Convert your hybrid registration into a virtual registration:

• You can change your congress registration at any time from hybrid to virtualuntilMay 31, 2022; 23:59 CESTwithout any costs, and the registration fee difference will be reimbursed.

• AfterMay 31, 2022; 23:59 CEST, the conversion from hybrid to virtual is no longer possible. Unfortunately it is not possible to reimburse the fee difference at this late stage due to the costs incurred for your expected physical attendance.

Please note that all refunds will be processed after the congress.

Convert your virtual registration into a hybrid registration:

• This is always possible by paying the difference between the two fees at the time of your request. This is possible until the on-site registration closes on Sunday, June 12.

Cancellation of registration

• In case the cancellation is receivedbeforeApril 30, 2022; 23:59 CEST:

• For virtual registrations: the registration fee will be reimbursed minus € 50 administrative fee. Except for Junior EHA Member which will be reimbursed fully.

• For hybrid registrations: the registration fee will be reimbursed minus € 100 administrative fee.

• In case the cancellation is receivedbetween May 1, 2022; and May 31, 2022; 23:59 CEST, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed (for all registration fees).

• For cancellations notifiedfrom May 31, 2022; 23:59 CEST, the registration fee will not be reimbursed. Unfortunately it is not possible to reimburse the fee in full (or partially) at this late stage due to the costs incurred for your expected physical and/or virtual attendance.

Please note that all refunds will be processed after the Congress ends.

All participants requiring a letter of invitation for visa application purposes may request this letter during the online registration process when available. We will not be able to issue any letter of invitation without receiving the registration and the payment of the required registration fees. Please note that the organizers will not be able to contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on behalf of a participant.

Should your visa application be declined, you can send a request for a full refund of the registration fees to Registration Department by e-mail (EHAregistration@mci-group.com) before April 30, 2022. A scanned copy of the visa decline letter should be attached to your request. For requests received after April 30, 2022, the cancellation policy for general congress registrations will apply.

The program of the EHA2022 Hybrid Congress is accredited by the European Board for Accreditation in Hematology (EBAH). More information on the number of CME credit points and how to claim them, will be published here closer to the congress dates.
